 Basic Service includes:

Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, tubs and jacuzzi, sinks counter tops, mirrors, light fixtures and floors, remove trash and replace trash liners.

Kitchen: Clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks, stove top, fridge (outside), microwave (inside and out), small appliances, light fixtures, remove trash and replace trash liners, sweep and mop floors.

Bedrooms: Remove cobwebs, dust blinds, furniture and light fixture, make beds (exchange linens at no extra charge),clean mirrors, remove trash and replace trash liners, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors.

Dinning room: Clean dinning table and chairs, dust blinds, light fixture and furniture, clean mirrors, vacuum rugs, sweep and mop floors. 

Family room/Living room: Remove cobwebs, dust blinds, light fixture and furniture, pick up clutter, fix up couches, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors.

Office/Den: Dust blinds, light fixture and furniture, remove trash and replace trash liner, vacuum carpet, sweep and mop floors.

We also include the cleaning of window sills and baseboards.
