POST-CONSTRUCTION / RENOVATION CLEANING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the work area is safe for cleaning and that all construction, painting, flooring, and installation work is complete before cleaning begins.
The cleaning service includes only the tasks agreed upon before the appointment. Additional services requested may result in additional charges.
The Service Provider is not responsible for dust migration occurring after the cleaning is completed due to ongoing construction, ventilation systems, or continued renovation activities.
The Service Provider is not responsible for damage resulting from loose fixtures, uncured paint, improperly installed materials, construction defects, defective workmanship, or unfinished renovation work.
The Client is responsible for identifying any delicate surfaces, specialty finishes, or areas requiring special care before cleaning begins.
The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care while performing services but is not responsible for pre-existing damage, construction defects, or issues arising from the renovation process itself.
Any concerns regarding service quality or claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe or present a health or safety risk. Payment will still be reuired for the work that has been completed by the Service Provider.

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is unavailable, a service fee may apply.
The cleaning service includes only the tasks agreed upon before the appointment. Additional services requested may result in additional charges.
The Client is responsible for informing the Service Provider of any fragile, valuable, damaged, or special-care items before cleaning begins.
The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care while performing services but is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improper installation of fixtures or furnishings, or damage resulting from defective materials. If Service Provider is liable for any damages max price to pay for the damages is the cost of the clean.
