We fully recognize the importance of user privacy and are committed to protecting the security and legitimate rights of your personal information when using our iOS Album Cleaning App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This Privacy Policy clearly informs you about how we collect, use, store and protect your information, as well as the rights you are entitled to. Please read and understand this Policy carefully before using the App.

1. Information We Collect and Its Purposes

We only collect necessary information to implement the core functions of the App and ensure the normal operation of services, and strictly adhere to the "minimum necessary" principle. The details are as follows:

1.1 Information Related to Photo Library Permission

Collection Scope: After you actively grant photo library permission, the App will access the content in your iOS device's photo library (including photos, videos, etc.) locally. This is only for implementing cleaning functions such as "photo library classification" and "redundant content identification" (e.g., identifying similar photos, duplicate videos, expired screenshots, etc., to facilitate your independent selection and deletion of redundant content).

Usage Method: All algorithms related to the photo library (such as content classification and redundant identification) are executed locally on your mobile phone. We will not upload any of your photo library information to our servers, nor will we store, back up or disclose your photo library content to any third party in any form.

Permission Acquisition: Photo library permission is not a mandatory permission. You can enable or disable this permission at any time in "Settings - Privacy & Security - Photos" of the iOS system. If you disable the permission, the App will not be able to provide photo library classification and cleaning functions, but it will not affect the use of other unrelated functions.

1.2 Information Related to Network Permission

Collection Scope: After you grant network permission, the App will only collect necessary network connection status information (such as network type, connection stability), and will not collect other network-related information such as your browsing history, IP address, and geographical location.

Purpose of Use: It is only used to ensure the normal operation of the basic services of the App (such as App version update detection, subscription status verification, and ad loading ), and will not be used for other unrelated purposes.

1.3 ATT Permission

Permission Description: ATT (App Tracking Transparency) permission is a user privacy protection function provided by the iOS system, which is used to control whether the App can track your activities on other Apps or websites for targeted advertising.

Usage Method: We will only obtain limited ad attribution information (for evaluating ad effectiveness) in accordance with system rules after you actively agree to grant ATT permission. If you refuse to grant this permission, we will not track you across platforms, and will only display non-targeted ads (for non-subscribed users) without affecting the use of the core functions of the App.

1.4 Subscription-Related Information

Collection Scope: When you use the subscription service of the App, we will obtain your subscription order information (such as order number, subscription period, payment status) through the App Store of the iOS system. However, we will not obtain sensitive payment information such as your payment account and bank card number (such information is processed by Apple officially, and we have no access to it).

Purpose of Use: It is only used to verify your subscription status (e.g., determining whether you are a paid user and whether you are entitled to benefits such as "ad-free" and "unlimited use of functions") and manage subscription services (e.g., renewal reminders, unsubscribe assistance), and will not be used for other commercial purposes.

2. Information Storage and Protection

Storage Method: As mentioned earlier, your photo library information is only stored on your local device, and our servers will not store any photo library-related data. Non-sensitive data such as subscription order information and network connection status information will be stored on our secure servers that comply with iOS privacy compliance requirements, and only authorized necessary staff can access it.

Protection Measures: We adopt industry-standard security technologies (such as data encryption, access permission control, server firewalls) to prevent information from being accessed, disclosed, modified or damaged without authorization. At the same time, we will regularly review and update the information security management system to ensure the effectiveness of privacy protection measures.

Storage Period: Non-sensitive data (such as subscription order information) will be stored during the period when you use the subscription service and within 1 year after the service ends (for compliance retention). It will be automatically deleted after the expiration. The storage period of local photo library information is controlled by you (you can delete it through the App or iOS system).

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We strictly comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared or disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

With your explicit consent: For example, when you actively request us to provide information to a third party (such as a technical support partner) to solve a problem.

Legal and regulatory requirements: When we receive compliance requirements (such as subpoenas, investigation orders) issued by legal entities such as government agencies and judicial institutions, we will disclose necessary information in accordance with laws and regulations.

Service cooperation needs: Only to implement the functions of the App (such as ad display ), we will share non-sensitive information (such as subscription status, ad display times) with Apple officials (such as App Store subscription services) and compliant ad service providers (such as platforms that provide non-targeted ads). These partners have promised to abide by strict privacy protection rules and will not abuse the information.

4. User Rights

During your use of the App, you are legally entitled to the following privacy-related rights, and we will provide you with convenient ways to exercise these rights:

Right to Know: You can understand the full scope and method of our collection and use of information by reading this Privacy Policy.

Right to Access and Correct: You can check the status of the permissions you have granted to the App in "Settings - Privacy & Security" of the iOS system. If you need to correct subscription-related information (such as order status), you can contact us via the above email for assistance in inquiry.

Right to Delete: You can delete photo library information on your local device at any time. If you need to delete your subscription order information stored on our servers (outside the compliance retention period), you can contact us via the above email to apply for deletion.

Right to Withdraw Permission: You can withdraw permissions such as photo library, network, and ATT at any time in "Settings - Privacy & Security" of the iOS system. After withdrawal, we will stop collecting and using relevant information (but it will not affect the compliant use of the information that has been legally collected).

Right to Unsubscribe: You can independently manage the subscription service of the App (such as canceling renewal, unsubscribing) in "Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions" of the iOS system. We will not force subscription binding or restrict the unsubscribe operation.

5. Advertising Service Description

Ad Display Rules: When non-subscribed users use the App, we will display a small number of non-targeted ads (we will not place targeted ads based on your personal information). During the subscription period, subscribed users will have all ads removed from the App and will not see any ad content.

Protection of Ad-Related Information: During the ad display process, we will only share non-personally identifiable information (such as ad display times, ad click status) with compliant ad service providers, and will not share sensitive data such as your photo library information and identity information. In addition, the information processing behavior of ad service providers must comply with iOS privacy rules.

6. Children's Privacy Protection

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we find that we have mistakenly collected information from children under the age of 13, we will immediately delete the relevant data and stop providing services to the user. 7. Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy in accordance with updates to iOS privacy compliance requirements, changes in laws and regulations, or adjustments to the App's functions. The revised Privacy Policy will be prompted in a prominent position within the App (such as a startup pop-up window) and marked with a new "Effective Date". Your continued use of the App will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

If the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction in the location of our Company.
