This Privacy Policy describes how MD UZZAL MIA ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Cleaner Guru: AI Phone Cleaner mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Cleaner Guru is designed to clean and organize your device. All scanning and analysis of your photos, videos, and contacts happens locally on your device. We do not upload, copy, store, or transmit your personal media or contacts to our servers or any third party.
To provide its features, the App requests permission to access:
Photos & Videos — Used only to scan for duplicates, similar images, blurry photos, screenshots, and large files so you can review and delete them. This media never leaves your device.
Contacts — Used only to detect duplicate or incomplete contacts so you can merge or clean them. Your contacts are processed on-device and are never uploaded.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.
We may collect limited, non-personal information to operate and improve the App, including:
Device & Usage Data — Device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and general usage analytics (e.g., features used).
Subscription & Purchase Data — Purchase and subscription status processed through Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card details; all transactions are handled by Apple.
We do not collect your name, email, photos, videos, or contacts through the App unless you voluntarily contact us for support.
We use the information described above to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features
Diagnose technical issues and fix crashes
Understand how features are used to improve the experience
Manage subscriptions and prevent fraud
Comply with legal obligations
The App may use trusted third-party services that collect information used to operate their services, such as:
Apple App Store (purchases and subscriptions)

We retain non-personal analytics and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Your photos, videos, and contacts are never retained by us because they are never collected.
