1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to Ejecta: Speaker Cleaner Water (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed and published by mscmn2k ("Developer", "we," "us," or "our"). We deeply respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with global privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable Google Play Developer Program Policies.
This comprehensive Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you download, install, and use our App. By accessing or using the App, you explicitly agree to the practices described in this document. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "App" refers to the Ejecta: Speaker Cleaner Water application.
- "Device" refers to hardware used to access the App.
- "Local Processing" means operations performed entirely within the physical hardware of your Device, without transmitting data to external servers.
- "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- "SDK" stands for Software Development Kit, which are third-party tools integrated into the App to provide specific functionalities like analytics or advertising.
3. THE "LOCAL PROCESSING" COMMITMENT (CORE PRINCIPLE)
Given the nature of the App as a hardware utility tool, we prioritize data minimization and local execution:
- No Audio Recording: The App generates specific sound frequencies to dislodge water and dust. It DOES NOT use your device's microphone to record, listen to, or transmit ambient audio.
- Zero Cloud Uploads for Core Features: All cleaning algorithms, sound wave generation, and vibration patterns are executed 100% locally on your Device. We do not upload your usage of these core features to our proprietary servers.
4. DATA CATEGORIES & COLLECTION MATRIX
We believe in absolute transparency. Below is a detailed matrix of the data categories we, or our third-party partners, may process:
- Device Identifiers: We and our third-party partners may collect specific device-level information, including your Advertising ID (AAID), IP Address, Device Model, and OS Version. This data is primarily utilized to serve contextual and personalized advertisements that are relevant to you, as well as to monitor App stability across various Android builds to ensure technical performance. Our legal basis for processing this information is either your explicit User Consent (specifically for advertising purposes) or our Legitimate Interest in maintaining a functional application.
- Usage Data (Analytics): To better understand how users interact with our App, we process anonymized usage information such as session duration, the specific screens visited, and the frequency with which you utilize the Auto, Manual, or Vibrate cleaning modes. This collection allows us to analyze user behavior, improve the overall UI/UX, and optimize our cleaning frequencies for better hardware results. We process this data based on our Legitimate Interest in providing a high-quality user experience.
- Diagnostic & Crash Data: In the event of a technical failure, we may collect diagnostic information such as stack traces, crash logs, and the memory state of the device at the time of the incident. This data is essential for our development team to detect software bugs, fix critical technical issues, and ensure broad hardware compatibility across the diverse ecosystem of Android devices. The processing of this technical data is justified by our Legitimate Interest in ensuring the security and reliability of our software.
5. DEEP DIVE: DEVICE PERMISSIONS & TECHNICAL NECESSITY
To operate effectively, the App requires certain Android system permissions. We only request permissions that are strictly necessary for the App's advertised features. Below is the technical justification for each requested permission:

- android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Enables sending notifications to users.
- android.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Allows the app to adjust your device's audio settings to power the volume slider and sound boost features.
