By downloading or using Cleaner Goal, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using the App.

Cleaner Goal does not require account registration and does not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number. If you contact us for support, you may voluntarily provide:

•A description of your issue or feedback
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:
•Device Information: device model, manufacturer, operating system version, language/locale settings, screen resolution, and device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
•App Usage Data: features accessed, buttons tapped, session duration, frequency of use, and in-app navigation patterns
•Performance & Crash Data: crash logs, error reports, App response times, and ANR (Application Not Responding) events
•Network Information: type of internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data); we do not collect your IP address for identification purposes
1.3 Device Scan Results
To perform cleaning, optimization, and security functions, the App may access:
•File system metadata: file names, sizes, and paths of junk/cache files — used only to identify and remove unwanted data
•Installed application list: app names and package identifiers — used to display the App Manager and detect potentially harmful appse.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes only:
•Service Delivery: to provide core App features including file cleaning.
•Performance Improvement: to analyze usage trends, identify bugs, and improve App stability and functionality
•Personalization: to remember your preferences and provide a tailored experience
•Security & Fraud Prevention: to detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, or malicious behavior
•Analytics: to understand how users interact with the App in aggregate, anonymized form
•Advertising: to serve relevant advertisements in the free version of the App (see Section 5)
•Customer Support: to respond to your inquiries and resolve technical issues
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data on the following legal bases:

•Legitimate Interests: analytics and App improvement, conducted in a way that does not override your fundamental rights

4. Data Retention
We retain non-personal analytics data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy:

•Support correspondence: retained for up to 3 years for dispute resolution purposes
Local device data processed by the App (e.g., scan results) is never transmitted to our servers and is not subject to retention policies.

Google AdMob (Advertising)
•Purpose: serve advertisements in the free version of the App

Google Play Integrity API
•Purpose: verify App integrity and detect tampered or fraudulent installations

Trustlook SDK (Antivirus Engine)
The antivirus engine in Cleaner Goal is powered by the Trustlook SDK. Trustlook SDK provides security services and records certain information including your installed applications. It analyzes app collections, static attributes, and behavioral patterns to generate app risk reports for your protection.
Installed App Information Collection and Usage
To ensure the security of your device and protect your privacy, when you use the security scanning feature, we collect your installed app list and upload it to a secure cloud server for analysis. This process helps identify potential security risks and provides enhanced protection for your device. Specifically, we collect:
●App name and package name
●App version number and version name
●MD5 hash and signature information
●Installation path and file details on device storage
Data Handling and Protection
We take your privacy seriously and implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of your data. The app information is uploaded to a secure cloud server (https://saas.trustlook.com/) for scanning and is not retained beyond the necessary analysis period.
Data Sharing and Disclosure (Trustlook)
Your installed app information will only be shared with Trustlook SDK for risk assessment purposes. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose this information to any other third parties without your explicit consent.
By using the security scanning feature, you acknowledge and agree to this data collection and processing for enhanced device protection. If you have any concerns about this policy, please contact us for further clarification.

10. International Data Transfers
Our servers and third-party partners may be located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your own country.
Where required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR), we ensure that international data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
