# Privacy Policy for CleanBox
CleanBox ("we", "our", or "the App") is a phone utility app that helps users review storage usage, inspect installed apps, find large files, view app usage information, review network traffic information, and preview or compress images. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use CleanBox.

## 1. Information We Process
CleanBox may process the following categories of information:
### Device and App Information
The App may process device model, operating system version, app version, language, country or region, device identifiers, Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, and similar technical information. This information is used for app functionality, analytics, advertising, attribution, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement.
### App Usage and Interaction Data
The App may collect or generate analytics events such as app opens, screen views, tool clicks, ad interactions, feature usage, and error-related events. These events help us understand whether the App works correctly and how users interact with its features.
### Installed App and Usage Information
Some CleanBox features review installed apps, app processes, app storage usage, launch counts, memory usage, or app usage information. These features may require Android permissions or system settings such as package visibility and usage access. This information is used to display utility results inside the App.
### Storage, Media, and File Information
CleanBox may scan local storage to help identify junk files, large files, APK files, documents, audio files, videos, images, archives, temporary files, and similar local items. The App may also request access to photos or media for image preview and image processing features.
CleanBox is designed to process this file information on the device for utility features. We do not intentionally upload the contents of your personal files, photos, videos, or documents to our own servers.
### Network and Traffic Information
CleanBox may display network usage or traffic-related information available from the Android device. This information is used to provide network traffic utility features inside the App.
### Push Notification Information
CleanBox uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send app notifications, including re-engagement notifications. Firebase may process push notification tokens and delivery metadata so notifications can be delivered to your device. CleanBox may subscribe devices to a general topic such as `all_users` for notification delivery.
### Advertising and Attribution Information
CleanBox contains ads. Advertising and attribution partners may process Advertising ID, device identifiers, approximate device information, app activity, ad impressions, clicks, conversions, and related diagnostics.
## 2. Permissions Used by CleanBox
Depending on your Android version and the feature you use, CleanBox may request or rely on the following permissions or system access:
- Internet and network state access for ads, analytics, attribution, Firebase, and network-related features.
- Notification permission for Android 13 and later, so the App can display push notifications.
- Storage and media permissions for file scanning, large-file tools, junk cleaning, and image features.
- Manage all files access, where available and approved by the user, for broad storage scanning and cleaning features.
- Usage access for app usage and process-related utility features.
- Package visibility permissions to review installed apps and app-management information.
- Delete package request permission to open Android uninstall flows selected by the user.
- Advertising ID permission for advertising, analytics, and attribution.
You can manage many permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work, or may be limited, if the related permission is denied.
## 3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide storage cleaning, app management, app usage, network traffic, big-file, and image-processing features.

These providers may process data such as Advertising ID, device identifiers, app activity, device information, approximate location derived from network or device signals, ad interaction data, crash or diagnostic information, and notification delivery data. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

## 5. Sharing of Information

Local scan results and utility information may remain on your device as part of normal app operation. Third-party SDK partners may retain analytics, advertising, attribution, and notification data according to their own retention policies.

- You can uninstall CleanBox to stop future collection by the App.

CleanBox is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
