Please Note: Actual optimization outcomes depend heavily on your device hardware specifications. We do not guarantee specific benchmarks regarding speed enhancement or battery life longevity.
To protect the integrity of our digital ecosystem, users agree NOT to:
Deploy, distribute, or inject viruses, malicious code, or corrupted scripts into the Application.
Employ automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access our underlying infrastructure.
Disrupt, overload, or compromise the networks and servers connected to our Services.
Utilize the Application to execute fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
We prioritize your digital privacy. Our data handling procedures are thoroughly outlined in our separate Privacy Policy. By utilizing our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process information as described in that policy to sustain the application's core utilities.
The Application may display advertisements or integrated links directing to external third-party platforms. We do not control, monitor, or endorse the content, policies, or products of these external entities. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL RUN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR DEVELOPERS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PHYSICAL DEVICE DAMAGE—ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
Liability Cap: Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Application during the thirty (30) days prior to the incident.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we identify a violation of these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any point by permanently removing and deleting the Application from your device.
These Terms shall be interpreted, governed, and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer's entity is legally registered, excluding its conflict of law principles.
