Clean & Secure Pro is designed with privacy in mind. The app provides device-care, storage, app-review, privacy, network, and device-health tools while keeping its core analysis and history on the user's device.
Information We Process
Clean & Secure Pro may access information on your device when necessary to provide features you choose to use. Depending on the platform and permissions available, this may include selected files and folders, storage information, installed-app information, app permissions and configuration information, network-related device information, and device-health or system information.
This information is used to provide the requested functionality, such as reviewing storage, identifying user-selected cleanup opportunities, displaying device-care information, reviewing app or privacy settings, and showing device-health results.
Files and Cleanup
Clean & Secure Pro only performs cleanup operations within the capabilities provided by the operating system. Access to user files or folders may require your explicit selection or authorization. The app does not silently delete arbitrary files belonging to other applications.
Local Processing and History
Core device-care analysis and app history are designed to remain on your device. History can be disabled or erased from within the app.
Purchases
Clean & Secure Pro offers an optional lifetime Premium purchase. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Purchase and entitlement information may be processed by our purchase-management service provider, RevenueCat, to verify and restore Premium access. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Accounts
Clean & Secure Pro does not require you to create a Clean & Secure Pro account to use its core functionality.
Advertising
Clean & Secure Pro does not use its device-care analysis to serve personalized advertising.
Malware and Antivirus Services
Clean & Secure Pro is a device-care and information utility. It is not an antivirus service and does not claim to detect or remove viruses, malware, or spyware.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to operate specific app functionality, such as processing and restoring in-app purchases.
Permissions
Some features depend on permissions or access provided by the operating system. You remain in control of those permissions and can change them through your device settings where supported.
Data Retention
Locally stored history and app-generated information remain on the device according to the app's functionality and can be cleared using available controls. Purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other applicable transaction processors according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
Clean & Secure Pro is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.

Common Support Topics
Premium purchase or restore
If you purchased Clean & Secure Pro Premium and Premium features are not available, open the Premium screen in the app and select Restore Purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Cleaner and storage access
Some cleanup features require you to select or authorize files or folders. Available functionality depends on the access provided by your operating system.
Privacy, network, and device information
Some information may be unavailable when the operating system does not provide the necessary access. Clean & Secure Pro will not change sensitive system settings automatically.
Device Care and Optimize Now
Optimization actions operate only within the access provided to Clean & Secure Pro by the operating system. The app does not arbitrarily terminate other applications or silently change system settings.
