Clean It With Quality LLC (“Clean It With Quality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Clean It With Quality mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be accessed, entered, stored, used, or shared when you use the application.
By using the application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Provide
The application allows users to prepare cleaning-service booking requests. Depending on the information you choose to enter, a request may include:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Service address
Property type
Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
Approximate property size
Selected cleaning service
Requested date and time
Selected service upgrades
Property-access information
Cleaning instructions or additional notes
Optional photographs selected by the user
Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in booking notes or uploaded images.
2. Local Storage of Booking Requests
The current version of the application is designed to save booking-request details locally on the user’s device.
The application may generate and store:
A unique booking-reference number
The selected cleaning service
Property and contact details
Requested appointment information
Estimated pricing information
Optional notes and selected-image references
Locally stored requests are not automatically transmitted to Clean It With Quality LLC merely because they are created or saved in the application.
A saved request is not a confirmed appointment. Availability, final service scope, access requirements, and final pricing must be confirmed directly with Clean It With Quality LLC.
3. Email and Sharing Features
The application may allow users to prepare an email or share a booking summary.
When you intentionally select an email or sharing option:
The application transfers the selected request information to the email or sharing application you choose.
You can review the content before sending it.
The information is not sent until you complete the action through the selected external application.
The external email, messaging, or sharing provider may process the information according to its own privacy policy.
Clean It With Quality LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party applications selected by the user.
4. Optional Image Selection
The application may allow users to select an image to provide property context or show an area requiring cleaning.
The application uses Android’s system media-selection experience where supported. The user chooses the specific image made available to the application.
The application is not designed to:
Scan the user’s complete photo library
Access unrelated images
Continuously monitor device media
Upload images automatically
Access images without user action
Selected images may be included when the user intentionally prepares or sends a booking email or shared request.
5. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The current version of the application does not intentionally collect or use:
Device GPS location
Background location
Contact lists
SMS messages
Call logs
Microphone recordings
Advertising identifiers
Biometric information
Financial or payment-card information
Health information
Browsing history
A list of other applications installed on the device
The application does not provide user-account registration and does not require a login.
A service address manually entered by the user is treated as booking information. It is not obtained from the device’s location services.
6. How Information Is Used
Information entered into the application may be used to:
Create a cleaning-service request
Generate a booking reference
Calculate or display a starting estimate
Save a request on the user’s device
Prepare a booking email
Create a shareable request summary
Help Clean It With Quality LLC understand the requested service
Respond to customer inquiries
Confirm service availability and scope

Starting estimates displayed by the application are informational and may change after the service scope is reviewed.
7. Remote Images and Internet Access
The application uses internet access to display cleaning-service images and other remotely hosted content.
Service imagery may be retrieved from third-party hosting providers, including Unsplash-hosted image links. When remote content is requested, the hosting provider may receive standard connection information such as:
IP address
Request date and time
Basic device or network request information
The image or resource requested
Such information is processed under the relevant third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
The current version of the application does not intentionally use remote images for behavioral advertising or personal profiling.
8. Advertising, Analytics and Tracking
The current version of the application does not intentionally include:
Third-party advertising
Personalized advertising
Cross-app tracking
Marketing-profile creation
User-behavior analytics
Location-based advertising
If analytics, advertising, authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, or other data-handling services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the application’s Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated before those practices are introduced.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:
User-directed sharing
When the user intentionally sends a booking email, shares a request summary, or selects another external application.
Service fulfillment
When information submitted to Clean It With Quality LLC is reasonably required to review, schedule, or perform the requested cleaning service.

10. Data Security

Local application storage for saved requests
Limited permission usage
User-controlled image selection
HTTPS connections for remotely hosted content
No automatic collection of broad device data
No automatic submission of locally created booking requests
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Data Retention
Information stored locally
Booking requests saved on the device remain there until:
The application data is cleared
The application is uninstalled
The relevant data is otherwise removed through an available application function
Clean It With Quality LLC cannot remotely recover or delete information that exists only on the user’s device.
Information sent to us
If a user sends a request by email or another communication method, Clean It With Quality LLC may retain that communication for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Respond to the request
Provide the requested service
Maintain customer-service records
Resolve disputes
Prevent fraud
Meet tax, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations
Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of where appropriate.
12. Data Deletion Requests
Because the application does not create user accounts, there is no in-app account to delete.
To delete data stored only on the device, users may clear the application’s storage through Android settings or uninstall the application.
