Trigger: When you view file directories or all file categories

Purpose: Provides full read/write access to manage files in external storage
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Trigger: Requested once on the splash screen (not requested again on the home screen)

Purpose: Allows sending notifications such as cleaning reminders or important alerts
android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS
Trigger: When you clean cache and tap to retrieve cache data
