Camera-ready Abstract Guidelines
All accepted presenters must submit a camera-ready abstract (PDF only) via Microsoft CMT by:
Deadline: April 12, 2026 (23:59, Taipei time, UTC+8)
Submission format: PDF only (please do not upload Word files)
Please note that the following requirements will be strictly enforced:
Length
Maximum length: 2 pages (A4), including figures, tables, and references.
Abstract must end on Page 1.
Figures, tables, and references must appear on Page 2 only.
Format
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced.
Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
No page numbers.
Include title and full author information.
For captions, reference style, and layout details, please refer to the provided template.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Presentation files: Submit your slides on the day of your session in .pptx or .pdf format. Please upload your file to the shared folder here (subfolders are organized by session).
Upload timing:
Morning sessions: upload your file during registration.
Afternoon sessions: upload your file during the lunch break.
File naming format: LastName_FirstName_Title_of_presentation.pptx (or .pdf).
Presentation time: 15 minutes for presentation, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
Handouts: No on-site printing; prepare copies in advance if needed.
Presentation language: English.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster size and orientation: A0 size (841 × 1189 mm). The poster boards are vertical (portrait).
Attendance: Please be present at your poster during the scheduled poster session.
Display period: Posters may be posted in the morning and remain until the end of the day.
Handouts: No on-site printing; prepare copies in advance if needed.
Presentation language: English.
Best Student Presentation Award
Eligibility: Presentations delivered by a student presenter will be considered for the award (based on the presenter information provided at registration).
Award categories: Separate awards for Oral Presentations and Poster Presentations.
Evaluation: Judged by a professional award committee during the conference.
Announcement and ceremony: Awards will be announced and presented at the end of Day 2.
Attendance requirement: If the award recipient is not present at the award ceremony, the award will be considered forfeited.
