Complete the online pre-orientation modules
Enter your name, CLC ID number, preferred email, and preferred phone number. (If you don’t know your ID number, contact Brittney Carrillo at 847- 543 -2381 or log into your student center to access that information.)
This pre-orientation will cover information you will need to get started at the College of Lake County, prepare for an academic advising meeting with your College and Career Navigator (CCN), and support your journey toward a college credential.
For the next 10-15 minutes, you will:
Learn about creating an academic plan, Fields of Interest (FOIs) and types of academic programs
Learn about creating a financial plan to support your CLC education, including financial aid and scholarships
Review CLC's technology tools and resources
Learn about your next steps to register for spring courses, attend New Student Convocation, and start the semester.
