CLCC Trash Facility
Trash facility is located at 18 Aspen Dr. by the Clubhouse
The dumpster is monitored using cameras and any illegal use of the compactor or any unauthorized individuals will be subject to prosecution or fine.
No electronic equipment, appliances, furniture, mattresses, tires, batteries limbs, brush, paint, or construction material allowed.
Class 3 Violation - 1st notification will be a fine of $100.
Please make sure you have the trash code before going to the trash.

When you arrive at the trash and go through the door you will see the compactor with a steel door, turn the handle down and the door will open then you can throw your trash away.
