Upload your resume.  This tends to work best when you upload it to google drive & then use the Drive feature (in the right hand bar) to insert it into your document.  See the resume assignment for criteria and resources.

Upload your Budget the same way that you uploaded your resume.  Think about how you will bring this document into your presentation.  Maybe you want to introduce your short term goals first & then explain that you have a saving plan...
