CLBible 隱私權政策

CLBible 2.0（以下稱「本應用程式」）重視使用者隱私。本隱私權政策說明本應用程式如何處理資料。
## 1. 本應用程式的功能
本應用程式提供離線繁體中文聖經閱讀、章節查閱、全文關鍵字搜尋、書籤、經文標記及閱讀顯示設定等功能。本應用程式不要求建立帳號或登入。
## 2. 我們不蒐集或分享的資料
本應用程式不蒐集、不上傳、不出售，也不與第三方分享使用者的個人資料或敏感資料。
本應用程式不使用廣告、分析、追蹤、社群登入、雲端同步或第三方資料蒐集服務；亦不要求位置、聯絡人、相機、麥克風、電話、相片、檔案或其他敏感權限。
## 3. 儲存在裝置上的資料
為提供功能，本應用程式會僅在使用者裝置上儲存下列資料：
- 使用者建立的書籤及經文標記；
- 閱讀偏好，例如字體大小、深色模式及暖色閱讀模式；
- 為維持閱讀操作所需的本機應用程式設定。
這些資料只保存在本應用程式的裝置本機儲存空間，不會由本應用程式傳送至開發者或第三方伺服器。
## 4. 複製經文
當使用者選擇「複製」經文時，本應用程式會依使用者指示將所選經文寫入 Android 系統剪貼簿。本應用程式不會讀取、上傳或分享剪貼簿內容。
## 5. Android 系統備份
本版本已停用 Android 雲端備份，並排除書籤、經文標記及閱讀偏好設定的裝置移轉。這些資料只保存在目前使用的裝置上，不會由本應用程式備份至雲端。
## 6. 資料保存與刪除
本應用程式不在伺服器保存任何使用者資料。使用者可在本應用程式中移除書籤或清除經文標記；如需刪除所有本機資料，可在 Android 系統設定中清除本應用程式資料或解除安裝本應用程式。
## 7. 資料安全
本應用程式將本機資料儲存於 Android 應用程式的受限儲存空間中，並不將該等資料傳送至網路。裝置本身的安全性與作業系統，則由使用者與裝置製造商依其各自政策管理。
## 8. 兒童隱私
本應用程式不會知情蒐集兒童或任何使用者的個人資料。本應用程式不提供帳號建立、廣告或使用者間互動功能。
## 9. 本政策的更新
如本應用程式的功能或資料處理方式有所變更，本政策將一併更新，並在更新後的版本中標示最新日期。

CLBible 2.0 (the “App”) respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data.
The App provides offline Traditional Chinese Bible reading, chapter browsing, full-text keyword search, bookmarks, verse highlighting, and reading display settings. The App does not require users to create an account or sign in.
The App does not collect, upload, sell, or share users’ personal or sensitive data with third parties.
The App does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, social sign-in, cloud synchronization, or third-party data collection services. It also does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone, photos, files, or other sensitive permissions.
To provide its features, the App stores the following data only on the user’s device:
Bookmarks and verse highlights created by the user;
Reading preferences, such as font size, dark mode, and warm reading mode;
Local app settings required to maintain the reading experience.
This data is stored only in the App’s local storage on the user’s device. It is not transmitted by the App to the developer or to any third-party server.
When a user selects the “Copy” function, the App writes the selected Bible verses to the Android system clipboard as directed by the user. The App does not read, upload, or share clipboard content.
Android cloud backup is disabled in this version of the App. Bookmarks, verse highlights, and reading preferences are also excluded from device-to-device transfer.
This data remains only on the device currently in use and is not backed up to the cloud by the App.
The App does not store any user data on a server.
Users may remove bookmarks or clear verse highlights within the App. To delete all locally stored App data, users may clear the App’s data through Android system settings or uninstall the App.
The App stores local data within the restricted storage area assigned to the App by Android and does not transmit that data over the internet.
The security of the device itself and its operating system is managed by the user and the device manufacturer in accordance with their respective policies.
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children or from any other users.
The App does not provide account creation, advertising, or user-to-user interaction features.
If the App’s features or data-handling practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and the latest revision date will be shown in the updated version.
