Volunteer

The Clayton Harvest Festival is coming up soon, and volunteers are needed for the Squealin' on the Square event! Volunteers will be given a ticket for a free plate of BBQ. It will take place on Saturday, October 29th. These are the time slots with number of volunteers that are available:

8am – 10am Prepare Kids Lunches in bags. (Please note that the food is peanut butter so I would recommend not having anyone volunteer that has that particular food allergy. It is sealed packages but would rather be on the side of caution than not.) - 4

8am – 10am Setup and prep work for the cookoff – 4 (would be really good to have at least 2 boys for this portion. We may need them to help carry containers of BBQ from the cookers to the food prep area.)

10am – 12pm Clean up in eating area and food prep area* – 3

12pm – 2pm Clean up in food area and food prep area* – 3

2pm – 4pm Clean up in food area and food prep area* – 3

*They will help serve the food plates and chips and drinks
