Recording your audio message for each slide!
NOTE: If you have a video message to add, this is the time to do so! (For Advanced users!)
Recording audio into your computer using a microphone!
TIP: It is best to have a script of what you want to say, so take the time to jot it down!

Procedure:
Keep your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation open!
Select slide 1: Title Slide
Click on the Insert menu option AND maximize your workspace to ensure "Audio" option appears!
The Audio option will be all the way on the right (show below).
How to add Audio:
Once you have selected (click!) on the Audio option, select "Record Audio"
NOTE: These following steps take practice! This is a great spot to check your mic and have a little fun!
ALSO: Having a script of what you want to say will keep you on track!
2. You will start to Record Audio by clicking on the RED BUTTON!
3. You will also stop your recording by clicking on this Red button again!
4. You will KNOW you are Recording Audio because you will see the time and a voice line that "moves" when you speak! Go ahead and Test it!
5. When you are done, and listen to your recording by hitting the "Play" black button as shown.
ALWAYS FOLLOW THIS ORDER: RECORD, LISTEN, INSERT!
6. RECORD, then play back to LISTEN.
7. DISCARD: If you do not like the Audio, hit discard and record again.
8. INSERT: Once you are satisfied with your Audio, click insert to add it to your slide presentation!
NOTE: WE are not done! This needs to be repeated for every slide AND we need to "hide" it and ensure it plays automatically for your video! (Keep GOING!) :-)
9. DO NOT PANIC if you have "lost" your audio! By default your audio button is added to the middle of the slide. FIND IT!
10. Let's move it to the TOP LEFT CORNER, so it is easy to spot! CLICK NO THE AUDIO ICON and drag it!
You will do this to every slide!
11. NEXT, we will need to adjust the Audio settings so it plays automatically.
12. Single click on the Audio icon to bring up the Audio menu options.
13. Select "Playback"option.

Find the "START" option and switch it from "IN Click Sequence" to "Automatically"
HIDING THE AUDIO (2)
Find the option to "Hide During Show" and make sure it is selected!
