Exporting your presentation to a video file!
Sharing your video file with your stakeholders!

Procedure:
1. FIND THE FILE MENU!
2. CLICK ON THIS MENU TO OPEN THE EXPORT OPTION
3. Once you have selected the FILE Menu, scroll down to "EXPORT" option.
4. A new window will appear as shown below, find the Create Video option:
WARNING!!! There are two video file formats you can use to export your presentation into a video file. The main difference is that MPeG-4 is a higher quality file which can be viewed in both Windows and Mac. WMV (Windows Media Video) can be opened by all viewers using Windows player and is a smaller compressed file. DO NOT STRESS if you do not know which type, just pick MPEG-4!
NOTE: At the time this presentation was created, the WINDOWS USER HAD NOT RECORDED AUDIO, therefore, he did not have the option to save using the recorded timings and narrations that you will have.
CHECK YOUR SETTINGS!!
1. Once you have selected your video format, you will have the option to select the file size and quality.
2. MPEG-4 is a higher quality file. WMV is a compressed file that works on Windows Media Player (not MAC).
3. For the purpose of this tutorial, leave the settings on FULL HD (1080p)
4. SELECT USE recorded timings and narrations.
5. SELECT CREATE VIDEO & wait for the Magic!
6. CHECK YOUR VIDEO FILE and make sure it is the quality and content you would like to share.
7. If you need to make changes, go back into your presentation and then repeat this step.
WARNING: IF you see a message like the one here (no timings and narrations have been recorded, you will need to go back to step 3 and make sure you have added audio correctly!
3. Once you have selected the FILE Menu, scroll down to "EXPORT" option.
4. A new window will appear as shown below, find the File Format option:

The main difference is that MOV is an APPLE file that will open in QUICKTIME, and MP4 is Universal that can be opened by all viewers. As you can see either format provides same "Internet" quality. DO NOT STRESS if you do not know which type, just pick MP4!
1. CHECK YOUR SETTINGS!!
2. UNLESS you specifically want to use an APPLE format (MOV) or are instructed to do so, select "MP4" format.
3. By default, the settings are as shown for "Internet Quality".
4. Check that "Use Recorded Timings and Narrations" is selected!
MAKE SURE YOUR REMEMBER WHERE YOU ARE SAVING THIS FILE!!!! Then Click "EXPORT"
NOTE: You may not think anything else is happening, but WAIT UNTIL the presentation has been exported!
5. You will notice a progress bar at the bottom of your presentation, once that disappears, then your video file is ready to view!
