These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EasyClaw (the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and EasyClaw (the “App Provider”) only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the Service under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on Apple-branded devices you own or control in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules. The Service is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Children may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use the Service or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, sexually explicit, misleading, or violates intellectual property or privacy rights. You must not use the Service to harm others, exploit minors, spread false information, or engage in illegal activity.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or exploit the Service; transmit malware or spam; bypass security or access controls; or use the Service to develop competing products.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant the App Provider a royalty-free license to host, process, and display such content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content.
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of the App Provider or its licensor. Any feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.
Your use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.
The Service may access device features and information (such as camera, storage, device data, and uploaded content) solely to operate and improve the Service.
Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
The Service may interact with third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. The App Provider is not responsible for third-party services or content.
The App Provider — not Apple — is solely responsible for maintenance, support, and handling product-related claims, including legal or intellectual property claims.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The App Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or preservation of data and is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or data loss beyond its control.
If the Service fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund any purchase price paid. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App Provider from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your content.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export and trade laws, and represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction or on a prohibited party list.
These Terms remain effective until you stop using or uninstall the Service. Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or required by law.
The App Provider may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may not transfer these Terms without consent. The App Provider may assign rights or obligations at any time.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements. The English version controls.
