El grupo musical Clave Caribe tiene sus raíces en Puerto Rico con las actividades musicales del fundador Norberto “Tito” Toro. El grupo se formó en 2007 para tocar en el primer festival latino de Tippecanoe (Lafayette, Indiana). Desde entonces, el grupo ha crecido con integrantes nuevos, muchos con conexiones a la Universidad de Purdue. Hoy en día, con casi 20 años de experiencia tocando para diversos públicos en Indiana y otros estados, el grupo está formado por siete integrantes puertorriqueños, colombianos, mexicanos, estadounidenses, y hasta rusos. Sigue desarrollando su variado repertorio y ampliando su rango para ser un grupo conocido en toda la región.

Clave Caribe has its roots in the musical activities of its founder, Norberto “Tito” Toro. The group was founded in 2007 in order to perform at the first Latino festival in Lafayette, Indiana. It has grown since then, with new members often connected to Purdue University, and now has nearly 20 years of experience playing for diverse audiences in Indiana and other states. Clave Caribe currently consists of seven members representing Puerto Rico, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States. It continues to develop a varied repertoire and is extending its range to become one of the most successful Latin music groups in the region.
