“Las partes acuerdan someter cualquier controversia que surja de la ejecución de este contrato o tenga relación con el mismo, con su interpretación, validez o invalidez, a un proceso de arbitraje ante el Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación Paraguay (CAMP) de la Cámara Nacional de Comercio y Servicios de Paraguay (CNCSP). El mismo se desarrollará en la sede del Centro, de acuerdo con las normas de Procedimiento Abreviado para arbitraje que posee dicha institución, ante un único árbitro designado de la lista del Cuerpo Arbitral del Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación Paraguay, que decidirá conforme a derecho, siendo el laudo definitivo y vinculante para las partes. Se aplicará el reglamento respectivo y demás disposiciones que regule dicho procedimiento al momento de ser requerido, declarando las partes conocer y aceptar los vigentes, incluso en orden a su régimen de gastos y costas, considerándolos parte integrante del presente contrato. El término “costas” comprende los honorarios de los abogados de las partes.”
“Parties agree to submit any controversy arising out of the execution of this contract or in connection to it, with its interpretation, validity or invalidity, to arbitration before the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of Paraguay of the National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Paraguay. The arbitral process will take place in the Center´s head office, in accordance with the Expedited Proceedings for arbitration that this institution has, before a sole arbitrator appointed from the list of Arbitrators of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of Paraguay, who will decide according to law, being the final award binding for the parties. The regulations and other provisions that regulate these procedures at the time of resorting to them, will be applied, declaring the parties they know and accept those in force, even the one regarding costs and expenses, considering them an integral part of this contract. The term “costs” includes attorney fees.”
