Cancellation, Deposits & Other Policies
Deposits are needed and serve as an agreement of my policy and to reserve your spot into my schedule. All deposits are non-refundable, not only because my time scheduling and drawing needs to be compensated, but to also to protect my business in case of appointment cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If a cancelation is made within 48 hours, a new deposit is needed. I understand, life doesn't care for appointments and plans and sometimes we get sick or else, but when you reschedule I more than likely won't be able to fill in your spot last minute, that means loosing work and therefore my livelihood.
Upon no call no show, your design may be forfeited. Repeat cancelations/rescheduling on a single appointment will require a new deposit after the second rescheduling.
I do not tattoo anyone of age below 18. A legal form of ID is required for your appointment, and without one you must reschedule. Thank you so much in advance for understanding and working with me!
