Born and raised in Salt Lake City, I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was a student at Upland Terrace Elementary. I have a BA in Elementary Education from Utah State University and a MEd in Prevention Science from the University of Oregon. I've been teaching school since 2018. I've taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, I've taught Spanish dual immersion, and I have written wellness curriculum for In Focus Education Group.
