ClassPick Master (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is an interactive teaching auxiliary tool designed to enliven classroom interactions, developed and operated by an independent developer. We deeply respect the privacy of teachers and students, and adhere to the core commitment of "local data processing, no collection of sensitive information, and safe teaching assistance". All data generated during the use of the App is exclusively stored and processed on your local device, with no form of external upload, sharing, transfer, or commercial exploitation, effectively safeguarding the information security and privacy rights of users in educational scenarios.

By using this App, you confirm that you have fully read, thoroughly understood, and agreed to all terms of this Policy. If you disagree with any content of this Policy, please do not download or use this App.

2. Scope of Locally Stored Data

To realize the core functions of classroom lottery, task management, and record tracking, the following data actively entered, imported, or generated by you within the App is exclusively stored and processed on your local device, with no background collection, upload, or transmission behavior:

1. Task pool data: Default tasks (impromptu speech, idiom solitaire, word guessing game, reaction challenge, impromptu sentence making, quick question and answer, expression transmission, story solitaire, blackboard challenge, word dictation) and custom tasks created or imported by you, including task names, rules, time limits, and prompt content;

2. Lottery-related data: Lottery results, records of avoided repeated draws, and lottery animation configuration settings;

3. Management record data: Historical lottery records, task use frequency statistics, and task editing logs;

4. Export auxiliary data: Temporary data generated when exporting tasks (only used for local export operation, no permanent retention of irrelevant data);

5. Personalized configuration data: Interface display preferences, lottery animation settings, and other personalized adjustments made by you.

3. Information Never Collected

To maximize the protection of user privacy in educational scenarios, this App will never collect any of the following types of information, and there is no hidden collection behavior of any kind:

1. Personal sensitive information: Names, student numbers, phone numbers, home addresses of students or teachers, ID card numbers, and other information that can identify personal identity;

2. Device and environmental information: Device model, unique device identifiers (IDFA/IMEI), IP address, geographic location, network status, operating system version, device storage information, and other device-related data;

3. Behavioral data: App usage frequency, function click records, lottery time distribution, task preference statistics, and other behavioral data related to App use;

4. Irrelevant content information: Photos, videos, text records unrelated to classroom tasks and lottery functions, and other content not related to the App's core teaching assistance functions.

4. User Rights to Local Data Management

You have absolute and independent management rights over all locally stored data in this App, and can freely perform the following operations:

1. Create & edit: Add custom tasks, modify task details (rules, time limits, prompts, etc.), import external task pools, and update personalized configuration settings;

2. View & query: Check historical lottery records, task use statistics, and task lists at any time, and quickly locate target tasks by category or name;

3. Delete & clean up: Delete single tasks, clear historical lottery records, or batch delete invalid task data. Deleted data will be completely removed from the device (it is recommended to back up important task data before deletion);

4. Backup & migrate: Back up the App's task pools, records, and configuration data through the device's built-in backup function (such as iCloud backup), or migrate data between devices relying on the device system's migration function.

5. Local Data Security Protection Measures

To ensure the security of local data and the safe use in educational scenarios, the App adopts the following targeted protection measures:

1. Does not request root access, jailbreak permissions, or any unauthorized access rights of the device, and does not read data from other apps on the device (such as contacts, albums, text messages, etc.);

2. Task data, lottery records, and configuration information adopt the secure storage mechanism built into the device system to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or tampering;

3. No background silent operation programs, and local data will not be copied, transmitted, or used without your explicit consent;

4. The App interface is simple and easy to use, with no advertisements, pop-ups, or external links, avoiding interference with classroom teaching and preventing potential privacy risks;

5. It is recommended that you set a device lock screen password, enable system encryption, and regularly update the device system to further improve the level of local data security protection.

6. Strict Prohibition of Data Sharing and Disclosure

This App will never share, transfer, rent, disclose, or sell your local data to third parties in any form, and will not use user data for any commercial purposes:

1. Does not share local data with advertisers, data analysis institutions, educational platforms, third-party developers, or any other commercial entities;

2. Does not sell, rent, or disguisedly sell task pools, lottery records, or other local content to any individuals, enterprises, or institutions;

3. Only in response to mandatory requirements specified by laws and administrative regulations (such as data access requests legally made by judicial organs and administrative organs), we will cooperate within the legal scope, and will notify you in a timely manner if permitted by law, maximizing the protection of user privacy in educational scenarios.

7. No Integration of Third-Party Services

To completely eliminate the risk of third parties obtaining your local data, this App does not integrate any third-party components, SDKs, or services:

1. Does not access third-party SDKs for advertising, statistics, social sharing, payment, cloud synchronization, or other purposes;

2. Does not provide third-party login, third-party cloud storage, third-party data synchronization, or other functions involving external data interaction;

3. Does not load third-party advertisements, push third-party information, or link to third-party platforms. All functions run independently locally without any external data transmission channels, ensuring the purity of educational scene use.

8. Policy Updates and Contact Information

8.1 Policy Update Mechanism

If this Policy needs to be updated due to App function iterations, revisions to relevant laws and regulations (especially those related to education and minor protection), or adjustments to regulatory requirements, we will notify you of the updated content through prominent methods such as in-App pop-ups and App update description pages, ensuring you fully understand the details of the Policy changes. The updated Policy will take effect after your confirmation and consent; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
