About

Please note:  bookings are full for the 2027 Season for St. Catharines.  There is limited availability in Hamilton.  Once Hamilton is full, we will be booking for the 2028 Season.

Niagara Classics Concert Series is an independent not-for-profit series that presents classical guitar and chamber music led by Matt McPetrie.  This is a small operation that is open to all performers at any level.  There is no outside funding for this series--the funding comes solely from ticket sales.  The series is a flexible way for performers to play more concerts and for fans to see more music.

Performer Fees:  The ticket receipts fund everything, with help from a small reserve.  The rental fee for the venue is covered first, and then I take a flat fee for the series reserve ($100-200) and then the rest goes to the performer.  The series portion goes toward rental fees, donations to the charity outreach of the church, and building a reserve fund for future concerts.  Transportation and lodging may be available to performers, depending on the circumstances.  The best way to contact me is by email: niagaraclassics@gmail.com.
