These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Classic Clouds Gorilla Horror (the "Game"), a virtual reality experience developed and operated by Treeloop Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING.
Classic Clouds Gorilla Horror is a fast-paced, high-intensity VR horror experience. It includes:
Fast and rapid character/camera motion that may cause disorientation
Intense, high-speed gameplay sequences
Sudden jump-scares and horror content designed to startle
Loud, sudden noises and abrupt audio cues
Flashing lights, strobing effects, or rapid visual changes that may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy
A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games or VR content. Even people with no history of seizures may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures." If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult a physician before playing. Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience any of the following while playing: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, or convulsions.
Due to the fast movement and intense pacing of this Game, some users may experience motion sickness, nausea, dizziness, or disorientation. We recommend:
Playing in a clear, open area free of obstacles
Taking frequent breaks (at least every 30 minutes)
Stopping immediately if you feel discomfort
Not playing if you are fatigued, intoxicated, or otherwise impaired
This Game contains loud and sudden noises intended to enhance the horror experience. Please set your headset/headphone volume to a safe level before playing to avoid hearing damage or injury from startle response.
Individuals with a history of seizures or epilepsy (without physician clearance)
Individuals prone to motion sickness or vertigo
Pregnant individuals (consult a physician)
Anyone sensitive to intense horror themes, jump-scares, or loud audio
By playing, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible VR device that you own or control.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except as permitted by law
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players (if multiplayer features exist)
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game without our written permission
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content (e.g., avatars, screenshots, recordings, chat messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Game. You are solely responsible for content you create and share.
All titles, code, characters, environments, artwork, audio, and other assets in the Game ("Content") are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game or its Content.
If the Game offers in-game purchases, virtual currency, or cosmetic items, all such purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or applicable platform policy (e.g., Meta Quest Store, Steam). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SAFE FOR ALL USERS, PARTICULARLY GIVEN ITS INTENSE MOTION, HORROR CONTENT, AND AUDIO INTENSITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, MOTION SICKNESS, SEIZURES, HEARING DAMAGE, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Our total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any features) at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Game may be distributed through third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Quest Store, SideQuest, Steam). Your use of the Game may also be subject to those platforms' terms of service and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

By playing Classic Clouds Gorilla Horror, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including the health and safety warnings in Section 2.
