Project Features
Flexible and diverse massage methods will achieve a near-perfect massage effect, allowing muscles to be released and relaxed, helping the body to complete self-repair and improve the circulatory system, and cleverly avoiding the body's dependence on massage.
Tui Na is a very unique massage technique in China with a history of thousands of years. It includes a variety of techniques such as pushing, holding, pressing, kneading, rubbing, and pinching, etc. acting on the meridians, acupoints and muscles of the body to achieve the purpose of harmonizing qi and blood, activating meridians, relieving pain and relaxing muscles, and taking some of cold and damp toxins out of the body.
For some reason, some gas will stay in a certain part of the body, causing unbearable pain, and the location of the pain will move with the movement of the air. At this time, opening the nearby acupoints will help release the gas.

About massage, there are some things you need to know before choosing.
1. What type of massage should I choose before the massage?
A. Relaxing massage :
When you want to relax, relieve the mental stress and tension brought by work or life, and relieve the physical fatigue caused by labor or exercise.
Recommended massage types: Swedish, Deep tissue, Shiatsu, Tui Na
B. Therapeutic massage:
When you feel pain or soreness in a certain part of your body, or have difficulty sleeping, etc.
Recommended massage types: Swedish, Deep tissue,Trigger point, Shiatsu, Tui Na and Acupressure.
C. Health massage:
When environment changes, poor diet, chemicals, etc. affect our organs, we tend to feel sleepy, weak, inattentive, and have poor sleep quality. Massage can reduce the burden on organs and keep the body in optimal health.
Recommended massage types: Swedish, Tui Na,Shiatsu or sports.
2. Why do I feel pain?
Because of poor blood circulation.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body has twelve meridians and 365 acupoints (even more). If some of meridians or acupoints are blocked, pain will occur.
3. Why do I feel sore?
When you are very tired, sitting for a long time or the space you’re in is very cold, blood can’t be fully circulated throughout the body, so your body can’t resist the invasion of cold wind or moisture.
4. Can I always get very deep pressure throughout session?
No.
Massage requires steps. Your muscles need to get relaxed first, and let your body and mind gradually adapt before you can perform deep tissue. Otherwise, it is easy to hurt your muscles or fail to achieve the desired effect.
One area cannot get too much massage at one time, but it needs to be continued next time.
5. How long should I come back?
The masseur will help you set up a plan according to each person's situation, a few days or a week or two weeks.
When everything goes well, you can have a health massage once a month.
If you come back after a long time, the therapy will still remain at the last step and cannot proceed to the next step.
When many people are halfway through the massage therapy, they may feel very comfortable. so they give up or stop in order to save time and money.
When you will feel unwell again, everything has to start all over again, you will waste more time and money!
6. I love massage. Can I do massage every day or get a lot of massage each session?
No. Massage can be very helpful for the body, but it should not replace the body's own circulation.
7. what do I need to do?
You may need to relax your mind, correct your sitting, walking or sleeping posture, keep warm, get enough sleep, improve your diet, etc. The masseur will discuss this with you.
