Project Dates

18th March 2022: Project assignments go out. Students begin individual research.

5th April 2022: Resource Evaluation Due.

17th April 2022: Project groups meet, to decide "who will do what" on the website.

10th May 2022: Notes and Project Outline of research paper due to teacher

30th May 2022: Final Rough Draft of paper due, to be submitted no later than 6:00 PM.

30th June 2022: Final Research paper due, to be submitted no later than 6:00 PM.

15th July 2022: Student teams will write rough draft of text for website into a Google Doc and will find at least two images for their websites. Share the Doc with the teacher.

20th July 2022: Groups meet to begin to work on websites.

5th August 2022: First website checkpoint. Teachers will check student sites for progress. All of the group’s pages should have been worked on, including:

• The Home page, which should include the "who is doing what" list, at least one image, and introductory text giving background info on the historical period, conditions leading to the focus events of the time period, etc.

• All of the Pages should have at least two images and some text in place

• The Map Page - Map should be started and embedded in page

• The “Works Cited/Bibliography” page - should have at least three resources per concept page listed.

• The "Attachment Page" - should have links to The Group Contract and Brainstorm List.

30th September 2022: Second website checkpoint - Website Peer Reviews. All sites and pages should be nearly complete. Peer reviews must be completed by 6:00 PM.

10th October 2022: Final websites must be completed no later than 6:00 PM.

12th October 2022: Group Presentations begin.
