Terms of Service

1. Prohibited Activities

The User may use the Class Schedule Optimizer as desired, such as for school scheduling, sport team schedulings, or other schedulings. However, the user may not overuse the Class Schedule Optimizer using a robot, script, or other means such that it may impact the experience of other users.

2. Intellectual property

All functionality and code are property of the Developer. The functionality and/or code may be used by the User, so long as the User does not sell or take credit for it. The Book Logo is part of the public domain. However, other images that may or may not include the Book Logo are solely created by the Developer.

3. Content

All provided functionality and content except for the Book Logo, which is in the public domain, are property of the Developer.

4. Termination

The Developer may remove any user for any reasonable cause without warning.

5. Service availability

The Class Scheduler Optimizer may be cancelled at any time without warning. The Class Scheduler Optimizer may not be available at any given time.

6. Governing Law

The Class Schedule Optimizer is subject to all applicable laws at all times. Laws take priority over the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. In particular, the Class Schedule Optimizer is especially subject to laws in Alabama and the United States of America, where the the Class Schedule Optimizer is developed and located.
