I was born in New York City to Dominican parents. My native language is Spanish and I've been teaching Spanish for over 20 years at all levels. I have a BA in Spanish Literature from Fordham University. I absolutely love what I do. Every morning when I wake up, I look forward to interacting and sharing what I know with my students.

I've been happily married for 20 years and have 3 beautiful teenage daughters, Adriana, Angelica and Alejandra. As a family, we love to travel, eat out, play board games and do ministry together.
