The event Pricing page does not need to be separated into subpages. Neither the client or I remember giving instructions to separate the event pricing sheets into different pricing categories. The purpose of the Event pricing sheet is to give the customer an overview of prices for all events. It does not need to be separated into categories.

Put all event pricing on one page in stacked levels. Delete all event pricing sub pages. Event pricing page can have single booking button on bottom of page that leads to booking form. It should look like below.
