Seven Segment Display Clock

I worked on this project my freshmen year of college in my free time. This project helped me practice my skills when it comes to complex SolidWorks assemblies, the prototyping process, SolidWorks motion studies, tolerancing, and so much more.

Geneva Drive

This mechanism allows me to take continuous rotational motion from the motor and translate it to intermittent rotations.

Drive Train Assembly

Applying the correct number and size of Geneva Drives and gears allows me to link each digit together even though they follow different base number systems.

Cam and Follower

This is a cross section of one segment and its corresponding cam which "programs" when that particular segment is seen.
