Hann Reserve Golf: Starting June 1, 2026, clubhouse, shower room and other facilities will be open

1. If the heavy rain, lightning, flooding or unsafe weather conditions make the golf course unplayable, players may be entitled to a rain check, refund, or rescheduling, subject to the golf course's policy

2. if the golf course management declares the course unplayable and approves a rain check, players may:
> Reschedule their round to another available date; or
> Receive a refund if permitted by the golf courses

3. If the golf course remains open, operational, and playable, no refund will be granted regardless of weather conditions. All refund, rain check or rescheduling requests are subject to the golf course's official decision and policy. The golf course management's decision shall be final.

4. Any rain check, refund, or rescheduling requests must be approved by the golf course management.

5. Players are advised to coordinate with the Front Desk and obtain written confirmation or a signature from the golf course. if a rain check or rescheduling is approved

6. All decisions regarding refunds, rain checks, and rescheduling are subject to the golf course's rules and final approval.
