This Apple Store Application Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms of use for the ClarityCue application ("Application") provided by YILDIZCO YAZILIM IC VE DIS TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Developer") and available on the App Store by Apple Inc. ("Apple").

1. Acceptance of Terms

Developer agrees that this Agreement is binding on all users who accept this Agreement and download or use the Application.

2. License

Developer grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, non-revocable, and non-chargeable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, this license is subject to the user's compliance with this Agreement.

3. Privacy Policy

Developer must clearly state the privacy policy regarding the collection, use, and processing of all data related to the use of the Application. This privacy policy should define users' privacy rights and information protection measures.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Developer shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application. Users use the Application at their own risk and shall not make any claims for compensation against Developer.

5. Changes and Updates

Developer has full authority to update, modify, or terminate the Application. Users agree to use the latest version of the Application and acknowledge that Developer shall not be liable for any updates or changes.

This Agreement constitutes a complete agreement between the parties and governs the use of the Application. The provisions of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
