Welcome!

I am a Senior Research Scientist of Political Science at Duke University. My research interests include international trade and finance, climate change, and US foreign economic policy in the Asia-Pacific region.

My book, Making Financial Globalization (Oxford University Press, 2024), examines the interaction of institutions and interest groups in financial globalization. I am currently working on my book projects on the Geopolitics of the Critical Minerals Supply Chain and the Political Economy of Climate Change.

I am a faculty affiliate of the Critical Minerals Hub, Program in American Grand Strategy, and the Asia/Pacific Studies Institute at Duke University.
