1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
3. App Permissions
To function properly, the app may require access to:
Microphone (to detect claps)
Flashlight and vibration (to alert when found)
Notification access (optional)
Network access (for ads and purchases)
You may disable any permission at any time through device settings, but doing so may limit functionality.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Payments are handled securely by Google Play Billing.
Purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Advertisements
The app may display ads provided by third-party networks. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for any third-party products or services advertised.
You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings or by following Google’s ad personalization guide
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its functionality, including reverse engineering, redistributing, or using it for malicious purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Kinglets Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinglets Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including loss of data, device damage, or third-party claims.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time without notice for any violation of these terms.
