I am a DC-based researcher working at the intersection of regulation, technology, and public health.
Currently, I am a policy analyst and lead dissemination efforts for the Center for the Assessment of Tobacco Regulations (CAsToR) to guide the FDA's regulation of tobacco and nicotine. I also research the governance of health-related technology and the impacts of technological innovation on public health.
I earned my PhD in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and my B.A. cum laude in Government and Economics from Smith College.
When I am not doing research, I am also a pianist, artist, podcast host of 2-Trick Pony, and a freelance illustrator.
