Research on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, ecological transition, social economy, social innovation, ecological embeddedness, agroecologies…
I am a researcher in Sociology of organizations and Management. I graduated from HEC Paris in 2010 where I followed the Alternative Management Master, created and taught by Prof. Eve Chiapello (co-author with Luc Boltanski of The new spirit of capitalism (2005)). Before pursuing a career in academia, I have been working for three years in the CSR (corporate social responsibility) and social economy sector. I defended my PhD at University of Nantes and Audencia Business School in 2018, November and won several thesis awards. I then conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Lausanne. I am currently academic researcher at Resecum and external researcher at LEMNA, Nantes Université. My research deals with sustainability, corporate social responsibility, ecological transition, social economy, social innovation, and agroecologies. My work builds on the economies of worth and institutional theory among others and follows qualitative methods (case study, longitudinal study, discourse analysis, ethnography…).
