A bit more about me 

As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, I specialise in functional strength training, nutrition & weight loss. I am passionate about helping people to grow their confidence, and to empower individuals, whether they are beginners or more experienced fitness enthusiasts!  I help people to reach their health and fitness goals by understanding each individual client's needs. I pride myself on my friendly approach, knowledge and professionalism. 

I believe in a balanced, but realistic approach to health and fitness. I understand that it can be challenging to maintain an exercise regime and eat healthy, nutritious foods all the time, especially when there are other priorities in life! I help people to understand how they can make small changes to improve their lifestyle, through nutrition and exercise, but most importantly, enjoy what they are doing. By making training sessions fun, varied and adaptable to suit each of my clients needs, I can help you to achieve your goals. 

My fitness journey started about 10 years ago, when I started running after being inspired by a Cancer Research Race for Life. Since then, I have run London Marathon in 2017 and 2019 (Yes, I was mad enough to do it more than once 😂).  After being quite injured after both marathons, I started to focus on my strength training and nutrition which is when I decided to train for my Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma. 

I know I always feel better after moving my body and I love many different types of exercise, whether that be in my gym studio lifting weights, yoga, walking or swimming at the local pool.
