The CLADAG School 2026 - Statistics in Sports will take place at the University of Brescia on March 16-20, 2026,. The school is organized within the activities of the BDsports – Big Data analytics in sports research network (http://bdsports.unibs.it/). 

The aim of the school is to provide an overview of statistical methods and models useful for the analysis of sports data. The school is intended for PhD students, young researchers, and practitioners with an interest in statistical methods applied to sports.

The International Federation of Classification Societies (IFCS) Conference 2026 will take place on July 14-16, 2026 at the Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods of the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). 

The conference will feature plenary, invited, contributed, and poster sessions, tutorials, a data challenge, and vibrant social activities, and will offer a dynamic interdisciplinary environment for scholars and professionals across statistics, computer science, mathematics, data science, social sciences, and related fields.

The 8th International Workshop on Models and Learning for Clustering and Classification will take place on August 26-28, 2026 at the Department of Economics and Business of Catania University (Italy).

The workshop provides a focus on the state-of-the-art research in the field of statistical models and learning techniques in different areas of clustering and classification.  Scientific discussions and debates among young and senior researchers are strongly encouraged.

The next European Conference on Data Analysis will take place on September 9-11, 2026 at Stralsund University of Applied Sciences (Germany). 

ECDA is an international conference dedicated to analytical aspects of data science. It connects statistics, computer science, and practical application domains related to all aspects of data analysis. ECDA is organized in collaboration with CLADAG.
