DEPARTURE DAY, SUNDAY, JULY 13, 2025

#1 - Arrive at the branch at the following times:
9:30 am Teen Camp (Bost, Stroh, Fawnskin)
10:00 am Kids Camp (Cabins 1 - 10, J1, J2, J3, J4)
10:30 am Kids Camp (Cabin 11 - 20, Bost A, Bost B)
* If you have campers with multiple arrival times, just bring all of them to the earliest time.

#2 - Drop off luggage on Ohio

#3 - Park in the lot

#4 - Enter check-in area on Ohio with your camper(s) 

#5 - Go through the check-in process
Turn in medications (only prescription meds, OTCs with doctor notes, and Dramamine will be accepted)

#2 - Arrive at the branch and check in with photo ID BEFORE you get your camper. You MUST have a check-out card for your camper to be released. The person picking up the camper MUST be listed as an approved individual (parent or guardian; anyone else must be submitted in writing)*. Everyone picking up a camper MUST have a photo ID.

#3 - Pick up your camper in the gym.

#4 - Pick up your camper’s luggage from the street.

#5 - See you next year!

* If you are having someone OTHER than the parent/guardian already on file picking up your camper(s) when we arrive back at the Collins & Katz Family YMCA on Saturday, July 19th, you MUST have a pickup authorization on file. Everyone picking up a camper MUST have photo id. Download Pickup Authorization Form.
