Registration- submit all paperwork to StemWizard by February 27th.
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Project Check-In.
Set up your board and pay the registration fee.
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Final Project Check-In & Setup.
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Closed Review. The judging floor is cleared of all participants and parents. Judges will review boards privately.
10:00 AM: Judging Begins. Students return to their projects; parents must move to the designated upstairs waiting area.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Approx.): Judging concludes. Judging times will vary depending on the number of students in each category.
Staggered Release: Students are released once their specific category judging is complete. Listen for announcements on the floor and in the parent waiting area.
Pack Up: Once a category is released, parents may enter to help students pack up. All projects must be taken home at this time.
Results: Awards will be announced virtually by the end of the day.
Delivery: All physical trophies, medals, and certificates will be mailed out the following week.
Note: Parents are not permitted on the judging floor between 8:30 AM and the official release of their child’s category. A seating area is provided in the main hallway upstairs.
