One of the most valuable resources of CKI at W&M's is its connection with the Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg. CKI members regularly have the opportunity to interact with these Kiwanis members in a variety of ways.

For years, CKI at W&M and the Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg have had been able to create a unique relationship between members through its one-of-a-kind "Kick-it" program. This provides CKI members with a specific adult in the Kiwanis club which many members treat as an honorary grandparent. Sharing meals, exchanging gifts, and getting advice are all common for students with Kick-it partners.
We have a fantastic club advisor, Mike Lewis, who is a member of Kiwanis. Mike is an awesome resource himself, bringing lots of experience, attending meetings and events regularly, and working hard to connect with and advise all our members. Thank you for all you do Mike!
CKI members can attend the weekly Kiwanis lunch for free. Members only need to sign up to attend by talking to Mike and then get themselves there. It's a great way to connect with Kiwanis members as well as support and learn from the work that they're doing. And besides, who doesn't love a break from dining hall food?
