Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhood Emergency Team
Portland's Neighborhood Emergency Teams (NET's) are trained by the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management and Portland Fire and Rescue to provide emergency assistance after a disaster. NET's also respond to downed power lines, warming & cooling shelters, and many civic events. We are your neighbors.
