I worked with Prof. James Evans on various models: spatial contact processes in epidemics, coarsening of elongated islands on anisotropic surfaces, and diffusive transport in nanoporous media. These works were based on the analysis of diffusion and reaction-diffusion equations.
Other works like the computational prediction of RNA secondary structure and the analysis of dynamic networks were inspired at Georgia Tech.
MEMS problem is collaborated with Prof. Jong-Shenq Guo.
We use the transition state theorem and develop a new method to evaluate the particle movement in a nanopore.
We use exact mater equations to describe the evolution of spatially non-uniform epidemic spreading model.
Islands on the surface
We are trying to use a time-dependent method to predict the native structure of different types of RNA.
We use the isospectrum method to find the core structure of a network.
We analyze the stability of the equilibrium solution of a MEMS problem.
