From Tokyo Haneda Airport

The most convenient way to reach the conference venue from Tokyo is by air.

1. Take a domestic flight from Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) to Hakodate Airport (HKD).
   The flight takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

2. From Hakodate Airport, a conference shuttle bus will be provided to the venue.

Participants arriving from overseas via Tokyo may therefore find the following route convenient:

Tokyo Haneda Airport → Hakodate Airport → Conference shuttle bus → LiVEMAX RESORT Hakodate Greenpia Onuma

A conference shuttle bus will be provided from Hakodate Airport to the conference venue. Detailed information on the shuttle schedule and meeting point will be announced later.

As an alternative, participants may arrive at Narita International Airport (NRT). Depending on the flight schedule, a direct flight from Narita to Hakodate may be available. Otherwise, participants can transfer from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport and continue to Hakodate from there.
