1. Privacy Policy

At CJ MARS Audio, privacy is not just a policy—it is a technical standard. During this research and development phase, we handle data as follows:

1. Audio Data: 100% Local Processing Our PMST software (both Web-Lite and Desktop) processes audio files entirely on your local device. Your audio content, metadata, and intellectual property are never uploaded, stored, or shared.

2. Website Browsing Our project website is a tracking-free zone. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party website analytics. Your visit here is anonymous.

3. Application Telemetry (Research & Stability) To improve our sensing algorithms and ensure stability during this R&D phase, our applications use Mixpanel in a strictly anonymous mode:

   • No Identity Linking: We do not collect names, emails, or hardware IDs.

   • Anonymous Technical Data: We only collect technical events (e.g., number of analyses, app version, error reports) to refine the physical modeling engines.

   • EU-Based Storage: All technical telemetry is stored on EU-based servers in full compliance with GDPR (DSGVO).

2. Terms of Use & Project Status

By using the CJ MARS PMST tools, you agree to the following terms:

1. Project Status: CJ MARS PMST is currently presented as a Professional Research and Development project. The software is in a Beta-testing phase designed for expert evaluation and technical feedback.

2. Software Access: The Web-Lite version is provided for general evaluation. Access to the Full Professional Version is currently granted to professional early adopters who wish to support the ongoing development of the sensing engines. Access is provided on an individual basis for research and testing purposes.

3. Intellectual Property: All mathematical models, neural-based algorithms, and UI designs are the sole property of Serhii Makarenko (CJ MARS). Unauthorized reverse engineering or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Responsibility: PMST is a diagnostic and simulation tool. It is provided "as-is" during this development phase. The final decision in the mastering process remains the responsibility of the user.

3. Software Access & Project Support

1. Evaluation First: We provide a fully functional Web-Lite version and a desktop trial. We strongly encourage all professional users to test these tools thoroughly before requesting full access.

2. Development Support: Any funds contributed for Professional Access are viewed as support for the ongoing independent research of analog sensing technology.

3. Access Delivery: Upon receiving a request for access and development support, a digital key/license is provided for the current major version (v1).

Besonderer Hinweis zum Projektstatus: Bei CJ MARS Audio handelt es sich aktuell um ein nicht-kommerzielles Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt. Die vorgestellte Software PMST befindet sich in der Beta-Phase und dient der technischen Demonstration und Evaluation durch Fachpublikum. Es findet derzeit kein öffentlicher Verkauf im Sinne einer gewerblichen Handelstätigkeit statt. Der Zugang zur Vollversion wird ausschließlich als Unterstützung für die weitere Forschung und Entwicklung bereitgestellt.

Zusätzlicher Hinweis (Persönlicher Status): Dieses Projekt wird als private, wissenschaftliche Initiative zur Aufrechterhaltung der beruflichen Qualifikation im Rahmen der persönlichen gesundheitlichen Möglichkeiten geführt. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Erwerbstätigkeit, sondern um eine schöpferische Tätigkeit zur Förderung der technologischen Entwicklung im Audio-Bereich.
