Meet the Instructor
Cheryl O'Connor has over 40 years of swimming instruction experience and has been a public school educator for over 30 years. Cheryl is American Red Cross certified in Water Safety, First Aid, CPR, AED, Oxygen, and Lifeguarding. Ms. Cheryl is an Ocean County native who has been teaching young students the art of swimming and water safety.

Cheryl "CJ" O'Connor was recently named the 2024-2025 Shore Conference Coach of the Year for swimming! This was CJ's third season with the Manchester Township High School Hawk's swim team!
CJ has over 40 years of coaching experience and well deserved honor!
