Throughout the day I will serve as the main point of contact for all vendors and family members, mediating issues as they arise.

I am happy to act as a sounding board, assist in finding vendor options, and talk through the logistics that will make your event come to life. On the day of the event, I will check in with all clients and greet vendors as they arrive at the venue, ensuring clients, guests, & vendors, move through the timeline as planned throughout the day/event. Throughout the day I will serve as the main point of contact for all vendors and family members, mediating issues as they arise.

On the day of the event, I will check in with all clients and greet vendors as they arrive at the venue, ensuring clients, guests, & vendors, move through the timeline as planned throughout the day/event. Throughout the day I will serve as the main point of contact for all vendors and family members, mediating issues as they arise.

Typically your officiant will oversee the ceremony rehearsal and if your officiant is a family member or friend and needs additional assistance I am there to help. We will meet to go through the rehearsal timeline and identify any pain points I can address to make your life easier.

Pricing: $150/Hour
Need someone to make those last-minute calls to ensure all vendors have what they need before your event? I am happy to make those calls, introduce myself as your Day-Of Coordinator, double-check any details you'd like, and compile all the vendors' final questions for you. We will consult after the calls are made to answer any final questions and I will email your responses to the vendors as needed, along with a finalized Event Timeline. I find this is especially helpful if you'd like to take a step back from certain vendors while focusing your energy on those you will spend more time with during the event.
